
At Enjoy we want everyone to be able to have a cake which reflects their personality, what they are celebrating, and what foods they can eat. We have made gluten-free cakes for the last 2 years for a family member, nut-free cakes for a friend and his family, have started making dairy/egg/soya/nut free cakes for clients and are constantly honing our cake-making skills to meet other allergy and dietary requirements.
We have carried out the Food Standards Agency allergy and the Coeliac UK on-line training modules, and are aware of the issues such as the content of bought ingredients and cross-contamination.
We will not sell a cake to someone, whatever their food requirements, that does not meet the rigorous standards of the Fox family approval system – aka food obsessed Mum, gourmet Dad and three kids well-versed in food and with surprisingly refined taste buds!
